    Not a single adult working when we were there. Gentleman in front of me waited so long for his order to be corrected that he requested his money back when it was incorrect again. We waited a very long time for our order because the wrong number was called. I went up and looked at the tray after it sat for a while but assumed it wasn't ours because it was all wrong. The atmosphere was like a high school cafeteria with all the socializing going on behind the counter. I have nothing against teenagers, but there really needs to be at least one adult to wrangle all the kids working at once.

    This place is vile. Avoid. Just stopped here to pee while on a road trip and the entire place is trashed. Total dumpster fire. Employees looked super methed out too. Gross all around.

    Whoever is in charge of cleaning the bathrooms needs to be fired. I was forced to choose "Do I not wipe or do I use this toilet paper that's on the disgusting floor?" They couldn't take the time to put the toilet paper in it's proper place. Just threw it on the floor. Needless to say, there was no toilet paper in the dispenser. All of the other stalls were filthy as well. Get it together, guys.

    I commute 5 days a week. Started stopping here 3 times a week in October. It was amazing. The best fast food restaurant around. 5 months ago everything went down hill. Service is slow and hirribke. Food is ALWAYS cold and undercooked!  On top of that I'm lucky to get the correct order. I have stopped going here altogether. Whatever changed management or staff even both you guys are horrible and need to look back 6-8 months ago  when this restaurant was the best around!

    We showed up shortly before they closed (not realizing) and as we are ordering at the window we were told that "they don't have time to make our food, because they were closing in 10 minutes". Well, I don't have time to give you my money. The McDonald's website online doesn't even have the correct hours because it shows them closing at 11pm and we showed up just before 12am. Google search shows that they are a 24 hour location, so whoever is in marketing needs to be doing their job to let the proper sources know your hours.
